"Sacrificial Lamb" is a series of works by Ilya Fedotov-Fedorov comprising three masks crafted from fabric and wax. These materials serve as metaphors for the body, memory, and trauma. In creating them, the artist also incorporated fragments of their own clothing, heightening the sense of corporeality and intimacy. Thus, the fabric covers the face, becoming a new epidermis and acquiring a new surface identity.
